Is Modus a manufacturer or a wholesaler?
We design and make our own case goods and sell them at wholesale, to the trade and to retailers.
Is there a minimum order?
Trade accounts have no minimum order and no membership or credit card fees.
Where do you ship from?
Our distribution center in Fontana, California. In-stock orders ship within 2 business days to any business address in the lower 48, and most deliver within 1 to 6 weeks depending on destination. Faster service is available, and you can also pick up at will-call in Fontana.
Do your case goods arrive assembled?
Yes. Our case goods arrive fully assembled, and knock-down items have minimal hardware. If you need a replacement part, it's free and ships fast.
What is your return policy?
Returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt, with the item in its original condition and packaging. Inspect every delivery or pickup and note any damage or shortage on the bill of lading, because damage that isn't noted then isn't eligible. Freight is non-refundable after shipment. Can I see the line in person?
Yes. Our showrooms at High Point (IHFC C-806) and Las Vegas (B-570) are open during markets and by appointment.
