No. Modus sells furniture at wholesale to approved trade accounts. Stagers buy pieces once and reuse them from listing to listing.
Who can open a trade account?
Home stagers, interior designers, builders and developers, and short-term rental and corporate housing operators. Choose your business type on the application, or read more about our furniture trade program.
Is there a minimum order or a membership fee?
No. There are no minimum orders, membership fees or credit card fees.
How quickly can I get furniture for an install?
Every product page shows live stock. In-stock orders ship from our distribution center in Fontana, California within 2 business days, and most deliver within 1 to 6 weeks depending on destination. Faster service is available. You can also pick up your order at will-call in Fontana.
Can you deliver to the home I'm staging?
No. Our freight rates are for delivery to a business with a loading dock, so we ship to your warehouse or business address. Residential delivery, inside delivery, assembly and installation aren't available. Liftgate or appointment delivery may be available for an added fee paid to the carrier.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Inspect your order on delivery or pickup and note any damage or shortage on the bill of lading, because damage that isn't noted then isn't eligible. Returns can be requested within 30 days of receipt, with the item in its original condition and packaging. See our refund policy for details.
Can I see the furniture in person?
Yes. Our trade showrooms in High Point and Las Vegas are open during markets and by appointment.
