Pick a collection and you have a room plan you can repeat in every unit. Your listing photos stay consistent, and replacing one damaged piece is a single reorder.

A typical one-bedroom setup is all case goods, so pair it with your sofa and soft-goods suppliers.

Do you sell Airbnb furniture packages?

No, we don't sell fixed packages or bundled sets. Instead, the pieces in each Modus collection are designed to match, and many collections have dining to match too. You choose the pieces for each unit and order them together at your trade price.

Who qualifies?

Short-term and vacation rental hosts, property managers, corporate housing providers and furnished apartment operators. Choose Short-Term Rental or Corporate Housing as your company type on the application. Learn more about our furniture trade program.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There are no minimum orders, membership fees or credit card fees.

Can you deliver to each rental property?

No. Our freight rates are for delivery to a business with a loading dock, so we ship to your receiving warehouse or business address. Residential delivery, inside delivery, assembly and installation aren't available. Liftgate or appointment delivery may be available for an added fee paid to the carrier, and you can also pick up at will-call in Fontana, California.

How long does approval take?
