Can interior designers buy wholesale from Modus?
Yes. Apply for a trade account with one online form, and we review applications within 2 business days. Once you're approved, every product shows your trade price. Read more about our furniture trade program.
Is there a minimum order or a membership fee?
No. There are no minimum orders, membership fees or credit card fees.
Can I get samples?
Yes. Free samples are available through your Modus sales rep, or you can request them through our trade inquiry form.
Do you offer custom finishes or COM?
No. Every trade account gets the same program, and we don't offer custom finishes or customer's own material (COM).
Can you deliver to my client's home?
No. Our freight rates are for delivery to a business with a loading dock, so we ship to your receiving warehouse or business address. Residential delivery, inside delivery, assembly and installation aren't available. Liftgate or appointment delivery may be available for an added fee paid to the carrier.
How quickly will an order arrive?
Every product page shows live stock. In-stock orders ship from our distribution center in Fontana, California within 2 business days, and most deliver within 1 to 6 weeks depending on destination. Faster service is available. You can also pick up your order at will-call in Fontana.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
Inspect your order on delivery or pickup and note any damage or shortage on the bill of lading, because damage that isn't noted then isn't eligible. See our refund policy for details.
